Andrew Blake is the founder of Bird on the Hand and he is a well-respected falconer with over 55 years of experience. He is the owner of Bird on the Hand falconry experiences which has been providing falconry experience days for over seventeen years. He has developed an easy going experience format that allows visitors plenty of time to enjoy and learn about the birds they are handling.
Andrew is passionate about birds of prey and is committed to educating the public about these fascinating creatures. He regularly gives talks and demonstrations at his centre, and he also runs falconry experience days for individuals and groups. He also provides an owl ring bearer service for weddings as well as bird of prey displays at weddings and other events
